Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions explain how Mukes Med (mukesmed.com) supplies medical equipment to its customers. By placing an order with us, requesting a quotation, or using this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you are ordering on behalf of a hospital, clinic, diagnostic centre or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

1. Who we are

Mukes Med is a medical equipment supplier serving hospitals, clinics, surgical centres and diagnostic centres. We supply certified medical equipment, including patient monitors, ventilators, imaging and ultrasound systems, operating theatre equipment, laboratory analysers, hospital beds and related devices. Our equipment is CE & ISO certified, and we supply genuine equipment from verified suppliers.

2. Quotations and orders

For tenders and bulk orders, we provide formal quotations. A quotation describes the equipment, quantities, price, delivery arrangements and any installation or training included. Prices in a quotation are valid for the period stated on the quotation. If no period is stated, please confirm the price with us before ordering, as prices may change.

An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing, by email or on your order confirmation. We may decline an order, or part of an order, if equipment is unavailable, if the information provided is incomplete, or if we cannot meet the delivery or installation requirements. We will let you know promptly if that happens.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in USD, unless your quotation or invoice states otherwise. The price payable is the price stated on your accepted quotation, order confirmation or invoice. Any delivery, installation or other charges will be stated on your quotation or invoice before you commit to the order.

Payment terms, including any advance payment and the due date for the balance, are as stated on your invoice or quotation. Equipment will not be dispatched until any required advance payment has been received. Please quote your order or invoice reference with every payment so that we can match it to your order without delay.

4. Delivery, installation and training

We provide nationwide insured delivery. Delivery times are as stated on your quotation, order confirmation or invoice, and depend on the equipment ordered and its availability. Delivery of major equipment is scheduled with you in advance, so please make sure the delivery location is accessible and that an authorised person is available to receive, check and sign for the equipment.

Installation and staff training are included on major equipment orders, as stated on your quotation or invoice. Installation includes delivery, setup and commissioning by our team, and training covers hands-on instruction for the staff who will use the equipment. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy.

5. Warranty

Our equipment carries a warranty of up to 2 years. The exact warranty period for your equipment is as stated on your invoice or quotation. The warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship under normal use, following the manufacturer’s instructions. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised repair or modification, accident, or use outside the manufacturer’s instructions. If a fault appears during the warranty period, please contact us at support@mukesmed.com and we will arrange repair, replacement or other support as appropriate.

6. Returns

Unused equipment in its original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return Policy. Equipment that has been installed, used, or custom-ordered cannot be returned. Please see our Return Policy for the full process, including how to start a return and what happens after we inspect the equipment.

7. Proper use and safety

Medical equipment must be operated only by trained and qualified staff, following the manufacturer’s instructions and the training provided. Equipment must be used for its intended purpose and maintained as the manufacturer directs. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and nothing in these terms replaces the judgement of qualified medical professionals.

You are responsible for making sure that the equipment you order is suitable for your facility and for the use you intend. If you are unsure whether a particular model meets your clinical or technical requirements, please contact our sales team at sales@mukesmed.com before ordering and we will help you check the specifications.

8. Our responsibility

We take care to supply equipment as described, in good working order, with the certification and documentation stated on your quotation or invoice. If equipment arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please tell us promptly and we will put it right through repair, replacement or refund, as set out in our Return Policy and warranty terms.

We are not responsible for delays or problems caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as supply shortages, transport disruption, or delays in receiving information or access we need from you to deliver or install equipment. In such cases we will keep you informed and agree a revised plan with you.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the equipment we supply or the way we work. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order. We will publish the current version on this page.
